Since we announced the creation of our new Head Office in Sale, Cheshire our colleagues from HR have been spending time in each of our office locations, supporting our teams as we go through this period of change. As you will have seen from the weekly all company business announcements where we publish updated FAQ’s regarding this restructure, we have also published the first dates of the all employee round table discussions attended by both our Senior Management Team; UK Board Members and facilitated by HR. These events are an opportunity for the UK Leadership to answer employee questions and address any concerns our colleagues may have. These events are the first of many taking place across each of our regional locations in the run up to the opening of our new head office in June.
