Your only benefit is a 3 day sick pay (which I'm guessing is actually mandated by the state or else they would have gotten rid of it too). Every other "benefit" is yours to have if you pay for it yourself. 401K offered but without matching. Medical is expensive since it's a high deductible plan ($6k before it even kicks in). If you actually need anything other than your base wage, this company isn't for you. They also have some of the cheapest clock-in machines known to man. Glitches and freezes nearly daily which means you'll have to adjust your hours frequently.
