Great Benefits, Poor Management - Recruiting Manager Advantage Resourcing Employee Review

Very poor management. They constantly send out surveys and organize meetings to get input from the people on the field/ branches( office level) but it feels more like a formality because nothing gets done or nothing ever feels like it gets a resolution. People in corporate are never held accountable for their short comings and it causes a lot of frustration in the Branches (office level)
