Pros

Most of the accolades will be from new people in the field who don't realize that they are being taken advantage of.

Cons

It's a run of the mill body shop. No one understands the talent that they hire, once placed you're forgotten about. Even when you're contacted by a recruiter, they are either unable to answer simple questions about the job or just never respond to emails or phone calls. Unprofessional is putting it very lightly.
