Shady, Secretive and "Blameless" - Branch Manager Advantage Resourcing Employee Review

Although Advantage has been purchased by The Staffmark Group, they remain the most shady, secretive company with which I have ever been affiliated. Blame for issues originating at the regional leadership level trickle down to the branch level and, of course, the branch is blamed and becomes a scapegoat. They sweep things under the rug in order to maintain appearances with Staffmark. Their operations are very old school, they are severely unorganized with compliance issues which cause major problems for everyone in the branch and all temp employees. I absolutely DO NOT recommend you work with them, for them, or near them in any capacity.
