The management allows sexual harassment to temps and when reported, it is brushed under the rug. By no means ever report anything to HR because they will use it against you to terminate your employment. Reported my supervisor 3 separate times for making comments about my weight. It is also very unethical to make a judgment on a potential candidate/talent because they don't fit their definition of "attractive". Several times applicants would walk in the office and management would send messages via teams saying things such as "definitely don't place them anywhere" without even viewing a resume. specific managers will detour you from trusting other resources in the company because of personal issues they may have with them.
