Pros

They're always hiring and the HR lady is nice. Oh and you get chocolate for your birthday and a balloon.

Cons

- Negative reviews on Glassdoor are grounds for termination of employment. - Positive reviews on Glassdoor are instructed by management - Management approves of boating excursions while financial problems are evident. - There are no clear career paths within the company. - The owner is careless with his opinions on race/gender/political views, he doesn't take into consideration how his words may be met. - The compensation is not on par with industry standards. - They have records of what each person should be making versus what they actually pay. - You'll be hard pressed to find someone who stays longer than a year, with the exception of a few they've managed to convince to stay.

Pros

Good organization with some of the best people I have ever worked with. A lot is going on and this is a real vibrant place with new products, ideas and activities.

Cons

Smaller organization with limited opportunities for diverse jobs like the Bay area. Good opportunities for those that want to get ahead.

Pros

- Great people, family like setting, everyone is easygoing. - They have a great on-boarding process for when you first get hired. They set up a schedule for you and training programs and it's nice because some jobs just throw everything at you at once but these guys really try and develop you. - Honestly, the people are very nice and I'm just happy to be here. I look forward to coming to work each day.

Cons

Hmmm, well... there is this rose bush I have to pass every day when I come in to work and especially when I leave the building... it's got like a billion bees and it's scary. But other than that I really can't think of any other cons right now.
