the team members and sams employees that strive to excell in their work ethics.
Cons
high benifits that do very little you healthwise,Being on call 24/7 and maybe get 6/12 hours of pay. Training is a real issue, people are sent to the floor without knowing how to use equipment, or how to do a demo sample. If you talk to DM or someone in ASM about how things are done in your club it is told or emailed to club supervisor and that person is treat like Crap.
