As a sales organization, we are a people business and management invests in the people. There are passionate, dedicated sales people and management who want to help you grow your career and the business. The compensation is respectable. The company is growing quickly and there is a lot of opportunity for growth.
Cons
The best part about the cons is that upper management knows what they are and are working to fix them. Communication is a weakness because the company is so large. The information from upper management does not always get to the divisions and if it does, some of the enthusiasm has waned. Another con is the lack of standardization. Amongst the different divisions, there is a lot of flexibility which is necessary as every aspect of our business is different. However, there is no standardized training for some of the positions or standardized policies across divisions.
