Wage is awful, no where near industry standards-especially in the natural speciality division of ASM. The "higher ups" in the Natural Specialty division are very uninformed, incompetent, and just dont care about anyone at ASM or for that matter even the clients they represent. ASM will do anything to keep taking away from its employees as time goes on. Unless you are part of the "elite top 4 " management team in Natural, you will work day and night, sleep in slummy hotels, give it your all only to be treated like you are nothing. I am amazed at the lack of knowledge the management team has in the natural field, and for the territory they are suppose to be running. The management is absolutely the worst thing to happen to this division, send them over to the "Wal-Mart Team", their lack of knowledge, character, personality, and work ethic will be condusive to that environment.
