Pros
Schedule flexibility. Interacting with the stores and building relationships with the workers there was the part I missed the most when I left.
Cons
No raises and poor vehicle reimbursement. Poor preparation by management for rolling out new programs. Their method is the "shoot, ready , aim" method that comes with a lack of attention to detail. This is also a byproduct of upper management not knowing what the merchandisers really do in the field on a daily basis. Lack of management consideration for employee issues-they just tell you that's the way it is and if you are unhappy, maybe you should get another job! I eventually took my supervisor's advice and left the company after 10 months.
