Pros

Starting pay was decent for being directly out of school, but this is determined by their customer, in this case Ford.

Cons

Absolutely zero representation. I could write a novel on all the reasons working for this company which provides zero contribution and takes around 10% of employee salary. All of their effort goes into getting new hires since that is the largest payout for them based on work. I was told at one point that submitting a request for raise, which was required to get one, wasn’t worth their time to complete the paperwork. They refused to submit the H1B paperwork for another employee. It’s around $50 to submit. The employee later was not legally allowed to work as a result.
