Pros
The salary is quite good for a Recruiting Coordinator position and the "unit management" system, which focuses on incremental growth, is outstanding. There is a lot of good communication between the C-level and the branch (local) level with quarterly calls that very clearly outline how the company is performing. They also recognize their employees regularly, with contests, annoucements about promotions or successful projects, and highlighting individual and team acheivements.
Cons
Limited growth potential, since it's a staffing firm you're pretty limited to expanding into recruitment or sales. If you want to go into those areas though, management encourages internal promotion. Benefits are okay, but not great- a little expensive for medical/dental, and there are no tuition reimbursement plans, no match on the 401K, and not many other benefits outside of health. They also use ridiculous branded titles, like "Associate Care Representative" instead of a more traditional "Recruiting Coordinator" or "HR Coordinator" that actually describe the position.
