Pros
Advantage offers decent pay and holiday time off. Some of which are paid holidays. Of all the positions I've held with Advantage, I've always felt like an actual team member of the client. HR is always responsive and helpful. Company provides good autonomy and doesn't try to be the middleman between the worker and the client. Feels like Advantage really advocates for its employees and for years I've seen annual raises (depending on the client I'm sure).
Cons
Same as you would expect of any contractor/agency; Cutbacks and downsizing from the client hit you first and benefits aren't super great, but you do get quite a few options.
