Pros

Coworkers in Integration and other departments are respectful and willing to help. Workload itself is not overwhelming. HR is polite in formal communication.

Cons

QC/FQC training is extremely unstructured, with no written SOPs or documented workflows. New hires are expected to operate at the level of employees who have been there 8–15 years, despite receiving only verbal instructions and inconsistent guidance. Leadership behavior in FQC can be unprofessional, dismissive, and at times openly disrespectful, creating a psychologically unsafe environment for beginners. Feedback is delivered harshly and without clarity, contributing to confusion, anxiety, and rapid burnout. Culture varies widely across departments, and QC unfortunately stands out as the most toxic. High turnover is predictable under these conditions.

Great people. Generous with company events and lunches. The industry is doing well with the AI/ robotics boom.

Cons

Pay sits well below industry standard. PTO is mandatory on holidays. Strong emphasis on tenure, with 401k vesting taking three years.
