Weak Leadership - Solutions Architect Advantexe Learning Solutions Employee Review

Leadership team is disorganized and doesn't have the time to clearly outline expectations. While the product is good, there is a lot of dishonesty surrounding the "customizations" offered. Pay is not very good and expectations regarding your role and goals will subjectively be evaluated in an attempt to take away your bonuses and lower your pay. Eventhough we teach leadership behaviors, there is a stunning lack of those behaviors used within the organization. Leadership does not practice what they preach. Overall a massively disappointing experience.
