      You know you are in a good organization when you look forward to Monday mornings. Working at Fish is exactly that. We call eachother our "Fish Family", and that is how it feels. The employees emotional and spiritual needs are important, and management puts that as a high priority.

      Pros

      Great education and support for new or transitioning nurses. Theres a lot of support and resources for growth and goals. I love AH. I love the ICU team and management.

      Micromanaging with the informatics tracking your timely charting, etc.
