      Amazing place to work! You will feel like you are a part of a family taking care of our patients. The leaders really care about you and the team members help each other out.

      Cons

      None really. Healthcare is a really challenging environment in general so you have to be confident in your abilities, but at FH Fish you get great support and training.

      Great education and support for new or transitioning nurses. Theres a lot of support and resources for growth and goals. I love AH. I love the ICU team and management.

      Micromanaging with the informatics tracking your timely charting, etc.
