      There will be expanded services and room privatization with our construction project, and this will eliminate the con of "limited" services and semi-private rooms.

      Great education and support for new or transitioning nurses. Theres a lot of support and resources for growth and goals. I love AH. I love the ICU team and management.

      Micromanaging with the informatics tracking your timely charting, etc.
