      Pros

      Always get your days off Management is very open Able to grow your advanced skill set (intubations, arterial lines, balloon pump, ultrasound use for line placement (IVs, Arterial Lines, Midlines, PICC lines), can work in cath lab, can administer conscious sedation, etc.) Fast paced (makes the days go by quicker)

      Cons

      In comparison to other places I've worked this is by far the best place. It is like no other.

      Pros

      Great education and support for new or transitioning nurses. Theres a lot of support and resources for growth and goals. I love AH. I love the ICU team and management.

      Micromanaging with the informatics tracking your timely charting, etc.
