      Although money doesn't make a place the best to work at or make someone happy you can go to another hospital in our system just miles away and make more.

      Pros

      Great education and support for new or transitioning nurses. Theres a lot of support and resources for growth and goals. I love AH. I love the ICU team and management.

      Micromanaging with the informatics tracking your timely charting, etc.
