      Some, but not all, great reasons to work here are the benefits, flexible schedules, proximity to home, and fun activities (there's usually something every or every other month).

      Cons

      The most honest con I can describe about working here is "seeing" how many local residents are working-class poor; yet instill, many of them have and share kindness, even in their sickness.

      Pros

      Great education and support for new or transitioning nurses. Theres a lot of support and resources for growth and goals. I love AH. I love the ICU team and management.

      Cons

      Micromanaging with the informatics tracking your timely charting, etc.
