Doesn't live their mission!!!! - Management AdventHealth Fish Memorial Employee Review

Some high lv leadership says the mission well but doesn't live it. Many employees are working poor and or overworked l. COO and other leaders are over paid for the hospital. Compares their highly skilled staff nurses and doctors equal to that of the Walmart across the street. Places felons and unqualified staff in security and engineering. COO was caught saying that employees or community can die in the parking lots just as long as it's not in the building. Only able to grow at the company if you dont share any opinions that goes against what the leadership thinks. Any talks about unions to help repent employees will find yourself looking for another job. Adventhealth is against unions at all cost in the area.
