      Pros

      If you like being unappreciated, understaffed, underpaid and overworked then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      No appreciation for loyalty, not enough staff to work smoothly, not enough money to put up with it and more and more responsibility expected in the same time frame. Far too stressful and toxic. Upper management no longer speaks to the worker bees.

      Pros

      Great education and support for new or transitioning nurses. Theres a lot of support and resources for growth and goals. I love AH. I love the ICU team and management.

      Micromanaging with the informatics tracking your timely charting, etc.
