      - Overworked - Understaffed - wish there were more opportunities to learn nursing tasks vs. just doing pct work (Dont mind) but the job was intended to learn as a nurse

      Great education and support for new or transitioning nurses. Theres a lot of support and resources for growth and goals. I love AH. I love the ICU team and management.

      Micromanaging with the informatics tracking your timely charting, etc.
