      Pros

      The hospital and the whole AdventHealth institution is Christ centered and has a deep genuine core values. Very organised and friendly. All the staffs are approachable and friendly. They have the best interest for you and the whole team. They are willing to assist you and the service is great. They also give consideration to the employees and patients and the benefits are good. Great hospital and management. Fish Memorial place is for me one of the best advent health hospital out there.

      Pros

      Great education and support for new or transitioning nurses. Theres a lot of support and resources for growth and goals. I love AH. I love the ICU team and management.

      Micromanaging with the informatics tracking your timely charting, etc.
