Getting needed expansions and upgrades to facility.

Cons

New C-suite and corporate used to managing a 100-200 bed hospital and can't wrap head around the difference that a 420 bed hospital provides. Think that their "recipe for running a hospital" will fit in all sizes and areas.

Applied online, interview process was quick, welcoming, and easy to set up! Onboarding was efficient and easily set up! Was made aware of requirements up front and given information and resources to successfully complete the requirements!
