Pros

The pay is good and most departments are offering big sign on bonuses.

Cons

Where do I begin. Business model seems to be keep units short staffed to maintain greater than 100% productivity. PCU is consistently 5:1 some of the 5 on vents, ratio and ICU routinely has 3. On PCU charges Have their own patients so nurses have no resources. At least once a shift a nurse cries because her assignment is too heavy. Turnover rates are horrible and leadership doesn’t even care. Leadership is rude and disrespectful.

Applied online, interview process was quick, welcoming, and easy to set up! Onboarding was efficient and easily set up! Was made aware of requirements up front and given information and resources to successfully complete the requirements!

None that I have encountered thus far!
