AdventHealth Ocala truly lives by its mission of extending the healing ministry of Christ to all their pt's and staff. Upper management and my direct leader are amazing! Productivity standards as an employee are very balanced unlike other places that I've worked at previously. I love working here! AdventHealth continues to keep employees working through the COVID-19 pandemic when many others have already been furloughed throughout healthcare. They are also VERY focused on the safety of employees and pt's as well.

Cons

Some of my coworkers find it easier to focus on daily stressors as opposed to focusing on positive overall change.

Applied online, interview process was quick, welcoming, and easy to set up! Onboarding was efficient and easily set up! Was made aware of requirements up front and given information and resources to successfully complete the requirements!
