Pros

They really focus on the work life balance and have been very supportive of my family and non-work time. I love my senior management, they really seem to care about us as individuals.

Cons

Some times we get focused on things that do not matter. Reports, productivity, etc, but I do realize that is important for running a business. It becomes stressful though

Applied online, interview process was quick, welcoming, and easy to set up! Onboarding was efficient and easily set up! Was made aware of requirements up front and given information and resources to successfully complete the requirements!
