It apparently used to be a great place to work and probably could be again. Really hard working employees though. They each do the work of two.

Cons

Management stays as far away from staff as possible. All decisions at the top from people who aren't ever at the bedside.

Applied online, interview process was quick, welcoming, and easy to set up! Onboarding was efficient and easily set up! Was made aware of requirements up front and given information and resources to successfully complete the requirements!

None that I have encountered thus far!
