1.) Management aren’t professionals and they don’t have respect to team members. 2.) No team work, communication , organization and good planning. 3.) low pay rates 4.) No travel mileage reimbursement (this benefits its only for Senior Leadership) , many times I used my personal car for business ( go to outside clinics) without get pay. 5.) No opportunity to grow professionally and also get trainings. 6.) No shift differential for support departments , only for nursing.
