I've just been hired at Advent Ocala. I am amazed at the ease & streamlined onboarding process. I've had many nursing jobs due to my time as a Travel Nurse & the onboarding was a nightmare. But not here @ Advent Ocala. Very easy, not overwhelming & quick responses from my Manager to the Nursing Recruitment. I can't wait to start Orientation and my Unit.

Applied online, interview process was quick, welcoming, and easy to set up! Onboarding was efficient and easily set up! Was made aware of requirements up front and given information and resources to successfully complete the requirements!
