They are hyper focused on patient satisfaction scores but forget that we are human as well and are overworked, short staffed and no appropriate ratios considering patient acuity. There is a reason their retention rate is bad. The Team leads are useless because they are made to do patient rounds and nit-pick every thing instead of helping the nurses on the floor.
