Assigns jobs outside of your job description whether or not you can actually complete the task and thinks it's your fault, doesnt give bonus's for said tasks. doesn't pay as well as other hospitals for the same job. There's harrasment gone unchecked. Hard working people will get reprimanded while very openly lazy people will not. Will tell different employees different things. Open favoritism. They couldn't care less about their employees
