      Flexible schedule, RX manager stays hidden in his office most times.

      Cons

      Good ol boy system with staff. Lowest pay of any other pharmacy technician job in the area. No advancement.

      The staff are all welcoming and very friendly as though I was family.During the onboard process they are helpful and comforting to completing it all .
