      Pros

      One of the main reasons I’m so happy to be here at Waterman is through all of this COVID outbreak, I am receiving my full check even though my department has fewer hours due to what is going on. Also, my management team has been very supportive in promoting me to a new area of surgery, even though I hadn’t reached my 90 day period. What AdventHealth stands for, they show in actions on how they are treating us as a whole.

      The staff are all welcoming and very friendly as though I was family.During the onboard process they are helpful and comforting to completing it all .
