Pros
I like working here because of the team work and support I get from my coworkers. Everyone is so driven to do what they do here and there is such a passion for healing. Don't get me wrong, there are some rough days in this field of work but I am so grateful to have a wonderful team there for me when I am having a rough day. Waterman offers many opportunities to be your best and advance in the areas you wish to.
Cons
We have really grown over the past couple of years because of the great reputation we have created at FHW so staffing can be short at times but they are working really hard to cover all areas so that we are not short staffed.
