      Pros

      The staff is wonderful and care about their patients and coworkers. The OR staff is knowledgable and skilled.

      Cons

      I know that staffing is rough all over, however I was told I would be taking up to 11 call days in a 6 week peroid, its been 2-1/2 years and I take on average between 16-21 call days in 6 weeks.

      The staff are all welcoming and very friendly as though I was family.During the onboard process they are helpful and comforting to completing it all .
