      Pros

      Advent Health Waterman treats you like a family member. Every person was welcoming, supportive, and available to help me through these first 90-days get acclimated to my job. Even though I just started, I was eligible for the market adjustment which was a great blessing. The benefits, as well, are amazing.

      Cons

      There are no cons, Advent Health by far has been a great organization to work for. I left it once for the experience but will never leave it again.

      The staff are all welcoming and very friendly as though I was family.During the onboard process they are helpful and comforting to completing it all .
