Pros

I cannot add any pros.

Cons

Interview was haphazard. Two people failed to show up for work. I waited for over thirty minutes. Then was handed off to staff who conducted the interview while the manager listened. The manager was too busy ordering baked goods on the phone to participate in the interview. At the end of the interview, I was told that they'd call me in a week. They didn't. After ten days, I called the HR number, explained I was waiting for a call. She had the tone Well, they never called, figure it out, sweetie. She stated she'd pass my information on and the recruiting team would email me with updates. Four days later, no email. I'd say definitely skip them. Look elsewhere ifthis is how they treat and educated and licensed professional.

Pros

I worked with Advent Health back in 2003, At Sunbelt, Across from Florida Hospital on Rollins before the expansion and the current car garage was built. My Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehab was there in that location before the expiration, Advent was a wonderful company to work for, and when I had to separate from them it was very hard to do, I loved my work with the peoplel and the patients.

Cons

It was hard to work in a older facility that was not as up to date as many of the others. Even though we were right next to Florida Hospital and we were their immediate rehab facility of discharge choice, especially when there was respiratory therapy involved.
