Pros

Advia provides a workspace that encourages progress, empowerment, and flexibility. Advia prides iteself on career development which has allowed many employees to advance within the company. We offer a diverse workforce with plenty of opportunity. At Advia, work life balance matters - we work hard and play harder! I love the flexability Advia has shown my family during the COVID 19 pandemic when my kids were back and forth in school. This type of workplace really makes you feel valued and appreciated. Lastly, Advia embraces change making mentality, creative thinkers and innovators. We have the opportunity to try new things and learn from our mistakes. How AWESOME!

Easy to pick up on great training great benefits Ceo is great (met him a couple times)

Cons

Hostile work environment No one seems like they want to be there Survey gets sent out but nothing is resolved
