Pros

Great pay and benefits (401k, time off, vacation etc) Excellent work/life balance Management who listens and wants the best for you -Fun environment -Rewards hard workers -Room for Advancement -Rewarding career -Most management will listen to you

Cons

-Some management can play "favorites" -Sometimes one thing is said but another is done -Changing structures in branches. This is a pro and a con because change and growth is necessary but adding/removing positions, structures makes it difficult for advancement and for consistency in branches -Overall though an excellent company to work for and is fantastic if you have the right management over you.

Easy to pick up on great training great benefits Ceo is great (met him a couple times)

Cons

Hostile work environment No one seems like they want to be there Survey gets sent out but nothing is resolved
