Growing IT tech stack to support agents.

Cons

It's a sales organization, so despite the good intentions and talk of supporting those on Medicare, success comes by producing enrollments. The company is focused on growth but does not empower employees to affect real change. Leadership is all controlling and doesn't listen to new ideas.
