Pros

Amazing co-workers and nurses on my PM shift.

Cons

The pay is absolute garbage for the work that we do here in the Redmond community. We keep getting the excuse that "based on a survey, $12.50 an hour is very competitive for Redmond." I could work at McDonald's starting at $13-$14 an hour. I came in with my CNA license and I was started off at $12 an hour. Care staff in LN are constantly abused daily, whether it's biting, hitting, kicking, slapping, or just constant yelling. We are almost always getting hurt on the job in LN. There is so much gossip by certain staff in this community as well. We are also incredibly understaffed.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We do make every effort to offer competitive compensation to our employees, while maintaining an affordable living option to our residents. In addition, we try to provide innovative employee benefits, like Aegis Extras, the vacation give-away, employee cash lottery, and $1 meals. We sincerely value you, understand the hard work that you do every day, and strive to make you feel appreciated. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss further.
