While I am concerned by your comments I appreciate you taking the time to express them. First I would like to share that the care and safety of our residents is our highest priority, as well as the safety of our staff. We are continually focused on how to provide the best care and safest places for both groups and are always looking for ways to improve. Our latest Aegis Commitment communication outlined a number of ways we are prioritizing safety, especially during the pandemic, and beyond.
