Pros

Main building employees bring their dogs in.

Cons

Management constantly disregards the needs of their employees/residents and will practically laugh in your face when you mention anything to them. They're more concerned with maintaining the "We're great!" image of the company as opposed to what's REALLY important when it comes to this line of work; quality care for the residents. I would put a negative star rating on my review of working here, but unfortunately Glassdoor doesn't offer that as an option.
