Pros
Aegis living is a company that offers many opportunities to those that put in effort and show interest in moving up in the company. This is not a job or a place you come to get a paycheck. This is a company that represents the love of doing the absolute best we can for our residents. Caring for our residents as if they were our own family is what the foundation of what we do and our teams live this every day. If I did not passionately believe in what we do at Aegis Living I would not be here. The people that work at this company are overall some of the nicest and smartest people you will find. If you feel like you want to make a difference and you are a people centric person this just might be a place you will fit in nicely.
Cons
There are times that we struggle with having perfect staffing levels and we have to come together as a team and make things work. There could be improvements to consistency of training for all levels and roles.
