Pros
I worked with Aegis many years ago for about six years, I decided to join another company (same industry) due to a promotion and enjoyed working for them as it gave me a different perspective on the industry. I then decided to take a job close to home and was with that company for six years. In those years, even though they were good companies, I yearned for the wonderful culture that Aegis embodies. Aegis is truly employee centric and take a deep dive into keep staff engaged and happy. It's a great culture with great quality staff. I am also very happy that since staff are happy and engaged, it creates better care and service to the residents. Aegis has a very high staff to resident ratio, then any other company that I have worked with.
Cons
There are a lot of reports and too many meetings that get in the way of me spending more time with staff and residents.
