Pros
I found that my work was very meaningful on each and every project. I was not given useless tasks, but instead I supported real-world challenges that benefited the customers, the team, and the society. I got along well with my peers and my superior. I got to work with team members from other departments and learn some of the manufacturing needs, amongst other things. My peers helped each other in work and in personal life. I only moved due to personal reasons. I realy enjoyed my work at Aegis and hope it's going well.
Cons
There are times the work can be stressful but that is a symptom of the interesting research and the sometimes hard-to-obtain solutions the customers needed. Nonetheless, there was a balance because the company also valued time-off and so I was able to destress when needed. I never had to work a holiday or anything like that.
